In wake of Covid 19 concern, we have implemented new and detailed standard operating procedures in all departments with enhanced focus on additional sanitation, disinfection and cleanliness measures, practice of social distancing and maintaining desired levels of personal hygiene.
We are following the upgraded standards and protocols of cleanliness and hygiene, keeping with World Health Organization and Ministry of Tourism guidelines, to mitigate the risks associated with the coronavirus.
We have increased the frequency of cleaning our public areas (including lobbies, elevators, door handles, Public washrooms etc.) and we are using hospital-grade disinfectants.
Enhanced Team Member safety and well-being with personal protective equipment and enhanced training and protocols is being strictly followed.
Temperature check, use of masks, gloves, sanitizers is mandatory for all stakeholders including guests, employees, vendors.
We have activated a senior leadership response team to provide round-the-clock assistance and are prepared to act swiftly in case of any concern.
Our Cancellation Policy:
We understand your travel plans will be affected, given these unprecedented times. For any reservations currently being held for travel dates till 30th September, 2020, you may choose to cancel these with no penalties. If you have paid booking deposits, you may choose to either hold them with us for future travel until 31st December, 2020 or ask for a refund.
If you made your reservations through Travel Agents or travel websites, we request you to contact them to cancel the reservations.
We would also like to assure you that we are entirely flexible with all new reservations and have instituted a policy that allows you to cancel your reservation at any time.
