DINING BENEFITS:

• 50% Discount, when member dines with 1 Guest
• 33% Discount, when member dines with 2 Guests
• 25% Discount, when member dines with 3 Guests
• 20% Discount, when member dines with 4 or more Guests (max 15 Guests).
• 20% Discount, when member is dining alone
• Happy Day – A flat discount of 30% on food, for a maximum of 10 people, any day from Sunday through Thursday, while dining at any of our hotels.

BEVERAGES AND ACCOMMODATION BENEFITS:

• 25% Discount on all beverages, both Alcoholic and Non- Alcoholic
• 25% Discount on the food and beverage bill for IN-ROOM DINING (room service).

A member will be entitled to the following discounts on published room tariffs for himself and his guests, booked by him at any of the two Chancery Hotels in Bangalore and any other hotels of the group, which come up in the future:

• 25% discount during weekday check-in (Monday to Friday)
• 35% discount during weekend check-in (Saturday & Sunday)

OTHER SPECIAL BENEFITS:

• 20% discount at Pastry shop for confectionary products.
• 15% discount on laundry and business centre.
• 20% discount on the annual Health Club & the Swimming Pool membership.
• 20% discount on any special promotion / event held by the hotel throughout the year.
• Complimentary one-way airport transfer for members while staying in the hotel.
• 20 % discount on purchases from the hotel Shopping Gallery, the “Galleria” and other similar outlets in the city.
• Complimentary entry to the night club for member’s only (couples only) excluding special occasions like Christmas, New Years Eve & Valentine’s Day.

Banquets:

Two (2) certificates for a 15% discount on the usage of the Banquet halls, while organizing any function at any of our hotels.

GIFT CERTIFICATES: DINING

• Two (2) certificates (one for each hotel) entitling the Member to enjoy a complimentary cake (1 kg) when celebrating either his birthday or wedding anniversary with at least one guest at The Chancery Hotels in Bangalore.
  NOTE: Cake bookings must give 48 hours advance notice in The Chancery Hotels. This gift certificate is non-transferable.
• Two (2) certificates (one each at Indian Affair and Khayal Restaurants) entitling the Member to enjoy Rs. 500 off on a meal for 4 people or more, with a minimum bill of Rs. 2000 at The Chancery Hotels in Bangalore.
  NOTE: This certificate cannot be used at The Chancery Hotel in conjunction with the membership dining card.
• Two (2) certificates entitling the Member to enjoy 2 (two) cocktails at The Chancery Pavilion Bar in Bangalore
• Three (3) certificates entitling a member to a 25% discount at The Pastry shop at The Chancery Pavilion, Bangalore.
  NOTE: This discount cannot be combined with The Chancery Hotel card discount at the Pastry shop.
• One (1) certificate entitling a member to one bottle of house wine when dining at any of the restaurants at The Chancery Hotels in Bangalore.
• One (1) certificate entitling the member to buy one round of drinks and receive the second round of drinks free with a maximum of six people at Amnesia Restaurant in The Chancery Pavilion Hotel in Bangalore.
  NOTE: This certificate cannot be used at The Chancery Hotel in conjunction with the membership dining card.
• One (1) certificates (for each hotel) entitling the member to one complimentary dessert OR one tea OR one coffee with an order of a main course at either Ithaca or South Parade Restaurants from midnight until 3 am.
  NOTE: This certificate cannot be used at The Chancery Hotel in conjunction with the membership dining card.
• One (1) certificate for a complimentary Welcome Dinner Buffet for 2 adults, only at any of our Coffee Shops.
  NOTE: This certificate is transferable and to be utilized at The Chancery Hotel within the first three months after enrolment. The Chancery Hotel cannot be clubbed with any other certificate.

GIFT CERTIFICATES: ACCOMMODATION

• One (1) certificate entitling the Member to a complimentary stay for two (weekend only), with a complimentary Breakfast for two only at The Chancery Pavilion Bangalore. Two children below 12 years of age will also be allowed to eat free of charge.
  NOTE: This gift certificate is transferable.
• Two (2) certificates entitling the member to a complimentary stay, if the first night is bought at the published room rate. One (1) certificate for each hotel (The Chancery & The Chancery Pavilion in Bangalore).
  NOTE: This certificate cannot be used at The Chancery Hotel in conjunction with the Complimentary Room Night Certificate and is only valid with consecutive room nights.
• Two (2) certificates (one each at The Chancery Pavilion & The Chancery Hotel) entitling the member to a complimentary upgrade into a superior category of room, while paying the published room rate for the base category of room.
  NOTE: This certificate cannot be used in conjunction at The Chancery Hotel in conjunction with the Complimentary Room Night Certificate.

OTHER CERTIFICATES

• Two (2) `Member for A Day’ Certificates (one for each hotel in Bangalore) for a member’s friends to take advantage of all the dining privileges of the club for a day.
• One (1) certificate entitling the member to get a Lunch Buffet or Sunday Brunch for 2 adults and 2 children below 12 years of age at The Chancery Pavilion, Bangalore, if the member has given three (3) successful nominations.
  
  NOTE: The nominations need to be successfully converted in one week at The Chancery Hotel.

UPPER CRUST MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• Please present your valid Upper Crust membership card to receive member benefits.
• Only one certificate/card can be used per table / party.
• Membership card is non-transferable.
• Membership discounts & vouchers are valid throughout the membership year.
• Extra beds will be charged at per published rates.
• The member is liable to pay all taxes and levies as applicable.
• Fraud or abuse concerning the membership is subject to appropriate administrative or legal action, including termination of membership.
• Chancery Hotel reserves the right to enhance / alter/ modify the membership offer / vouchers / benefits, as may be required, from time to time.
• Certificates must be presented at the time of dining/check in to redeem benefits.
• All gift certificates are fully transferable except the Complimentary Cake Vouchers.
• A flat Discount of 15% on “SUNDAY BRUNCH” at ITHACA (The Chancery Pavilion) will be given to all the members while dining at the hotel.
• Membership discounts of 15% shall be applicable if there are any special events / promotions held by either of the hotels in the group.
• Taxes, as applicable by the Government of India, shall levy from time to time.
• Luxury taxes on the complimentary room night stay for the weekend is applicable and the member / guests are liable to pay the same while checking-in or while checking-out.
• The membership fee for new enrolment would be Rs. 6000/- + taxes with a discount of 10% for 1st year renewal and 20% for subsequent renewals.
